How many calories in one serving and what is one serving?

I had a 1/3cup serving with unsweetened Coconut Milk, and some heavy cream. 107cal(1net carb) for the cereal, and 326cal for the bowl. Grand total of only 2net carbs because of the coconut milk.

That’s the price for the BIG bag over a pound in weight. The 11oz bag is only $14
