Hello, how is this packaged, does it come in a nice box?

The product packaging is divided into two parts, the inside is anti-fall foam, and the outer box is a yellow carton with the brand mark.

Why is the item confusing? because it looks different from the customers reviews

THIS PRODUCT IS EXACTLY THE WAY IT'S ADVERTISED. THERE SHOULD BE NO CONFUSION.

Is there a black base for vase?

Mine didn't come with one. Only a thin skin on the base to rest it on a table etc.
