Not great but worked
I found this knife relatively difficult to use to cut 4 inch upholstery foam for cushions. I had to saw through the cushions and that left Ridge marks all over them so not a clean line. Also I recommend wearing gloves the blades are very sharp. Especially when you are removing the blades from the knife, as I learned the hard way. The power button is on the bottom of the knife which makes it very difficult for small hands. I was able to keep it going by holding it very close to the end of the handle. But this is a bit more dangerous of a position to hold a knife. Ultimately, it got the job done but the result was quite a bit worse than I had expected.

Junk
From the design to the ease of use , this knife is horrible. The blades don't stay together when used, then trigger and safety switch are hard to reach and use. I gave up using this while cutting a turkey and went back to a regular knife.

Warranty is no good.
I purchased this knife last year. First use was great. Second use the piece of plastic the blade fits into broke. Emailed the maker about the warranty and never received a response. I am very sad.

Comfort
Quality of item was exalted! Quality of the wrapping was prime. Exceptionally breathtaking delivery.

Good Foam Cutter.
I also bought this for cutting foam. The button on the top releases the blades, so you need to be careful to not press that one. It took a bit to get a groove on this, but light steady pressure makes this a great inexpensive function knife. The thickest I've cut is 5", and trying to trim off less than 1" along the sides is problematic if the foam is more than 1-2 inches think, but that would likely be the case even with a specialty foam cutter.

Fun ans wirth it sometimes
Got this for turkey carving. Very sharp, want to see the blood. Works well but this is my first electric knife and I didn't realize its good for flat breast meat mostly. It can be used for the legs and thighs but not happily. Also some under areas are best done with a regular knife. If you've used an electric knife, I guess this is no news to you.

Good for what I bought it for
I bought it exclusively to cut upholstery foam, and it cuts upholstery foam cleanly. I tried it once on some frozen raw cat food, but since it isn't billed as a saw, I guess the fact that it couldn't cut that isn't really a flaw, huh? The way the double blades slot together feels a bit unstable to me, but that may be standard on all electric knives; the blades are certainly very sharp. Careful handling and storage highly recommended!

Good knife, but not for small hands
This is a great electric knife for the price. Sharp, powerful, and cuts evenly. My only problem with it is the size of the handle: it's too big for me to grasp well. I think it would be fine for most men, but for small-handed women like me it's hard to grasp the knife so that I can control its motion while simultaneously pulling the trigger.
