It came with a USB chord to charge.

Q: Is this 110v or 220v?

You charge it the same way you charge most current phones... with a USB-C connector. It's cordless, so a battery charge lasts about an hour and half. Your charger should use a standard 110v wall outlet.

Q: Are there replacement heads available to purchase?

My particular scrubber is a Pegasus 7.2V battery powered scrubber. Cannot say for sure about replacement heads for this model. But an online search showed replacement heads by Bissel which looks like they would be compatible
