The pad works great for heavy hip thrusts and high neck squats. Easy to set up on the bar and comfortable to use. Good thickness but not so thick you can’t set up properly. I bring this pad to my local Planet Fitness and people ask me where I got it. Definitely an upgrade over the pads they have for general use. Would recommend for any serious gym goer.

It’s absolutely perfect! Use it 4-5 times a week and it’s held up great for the last 4 months since I got it. It’s strong, the straps hold the foam tightly to the bar and it is a great help for my neck and pelvic area when doing squats and thrusts. I tried two other brands/styles before this and they just don’t even come close. I wish the straps were attached so they would not fall off or get lost when not in use but being detached also gives everyone position flexibility. I still give it 5-stars!

Bought this for squats on the Smith machine. So far its really comfortable and makes leg day better. Would recommend it

Amazing perfect thickness and length. Color is also super cute. I’m not sure if using the black straps are necessary and fits in my gym bag nicely.

I love it. It makes the workout so much more comfortable. I do wish the attachment straps were sewed into it so I didn’t have to look for them. Still a great product!

I like to lift very heavy and this bar is able to withstand it. I don’t feel the bar against me even though I typically hip thrust anywhere from 315-485lbs. I recommend it if you don’t lift heavy and if you do, it’ll work just as well. I’ve had it for a few months and it hasn’t loosened or worn down.

So far, this has worked perfectly for my hip thrusts. Takes a bit of time taking the straps on and off, but I am glad to have them. The foam feels really dense and sturdy, exactly what I was hoping for.

Ich habe mir den Pad für schwere Hip Thrusts geholt und finde die Wirkung absolut genial! Dabei war ich anfangs recht skeptisch, weil ich auf Grund von abstehenden Hüftknochen schon ab 80kg Gesamtgewicht zwei Fitnessmatten für ein halbwegs gescheites Padding zusammenrollen musste und trotzdem Schmerzen und blaue Flecken hatte. Mit dem Pad merke ich von der Auflage her gar keinen Unterschied zwischen 50 und 120kg, die Belastung schluckt er einfach weg. Das einzige was ich bereue ist so lange mit dem Kauf gewartet zu haben!

Super comfy, works very well, stays put. Great purchase.
