I can't seem to get these to light. Do you have to press both things at simultaneously?

I received 4 lighters and only one of them lights up if you strike it 20 times. Others are dead. Holding both buttons with TWO hands doesn't help either. People with arthritis won't be able to use these lighters because because buttons are too hard to press. Dumb design. Cant return these either to amazon - hazardous material. Junk.

Can these lighters be refilled?

The lighters are sealed units and can not be refilled.

the pictures show three different packages. i would like the first one, the lighters with the window showing the fluid level. is this the one sold?
