Didn’t like the quality.

I have enjoyed my chair since purchasing it in June. It is comfortable and functional. I would prefer that it locked in place when the foot rest is up but this is not a deal breaker. All in all, I am happy with this chair.

We purchased 2 of these chairs a little over 2 years ago. The other one that we had , we had to throw away. It started cracking and splitting within the first year. By Christmas of last year it was just horrible. This one also had some cracking , but not as bad. But this one as you can see , the stitching failed. Obviously has continued to get worse. We are not people who abuse our furniture. We had our last set for over 10 years. I guess I expected a little more from Ashley Furniture. Don’t waste your money. Very VERY disappointed.

Very comfortable chair that is easy to recline. The only issue I have is that it isn’t nearly as easy to close. It takes quite an effort to kick the base in when you’re ready to get up. It was simple to assemble without any tools. I am a 100 pound 60 year old female and I did it with the help of my 11 year old granddaughter who helped me “see” the place to slide it in since it has a fairly wide back
