The manufacturer does not ship this product on ice to us during the cooler months, but they do in the summer. Our ice packs and shipping supplies will keep this item cooler, longer, but the ice will eventually thaw. This also happens during shipments to us from the manufacturer. It is normal and will not affect the quality of your item. If there is concern about the ice pack thawing, we recommend choosing expedited shipping to minimize time in transit. We refrigerate this item upon arrival and recommend you do the same.
