I started out using my platform on the really low settings as recommended for a couple of weeks. I just stood on it and did very gentle movement. Now that I have had my platform for a a little over a month, I often use it twice a day. In the morning I use it on one of the medium programs (working my way up to the 3rd tier settings). I really like to move and dance listening to music while keeping my feet grounded on the base. I move my hips, ribcage, shoulders and arms alternating between mostly straight and more bent knees. For my evenings, I use the platform on a lower setting for more of a relaxation goal and incorporate more gentle Tai Chi type movements. I am doing this for general health and well being with weight loss being an additional perk.

Product arrived ok however the power connection is for American household and does not fit Australian. We have had to buy an power chord to fit separately from Amazon

quite heavy to move about so I have it plugged into the corner of my bedroom and just slide it forward when I want to use it. This model has 10x10mins pre-set programmes as well as allowing you freedom of selecting your own routine. Just standing on it can give you a stitch in side. I use the board daily for 10 minutes in the morning and it sets me up for a day. Can't comment on weight loss as that was never my goal but I definitely noticed that my legs are more toned with daily use.

Great machine. Feeling a reduction in pain and better ease of movement in just a few sessions. Was easy to set up and use. I really like the rollers on the side to help move it without having to pick it up completely.

I purchased the Turbo 3D vibration plate and both my husband and I are enjoying starting to use it. We are 65 + 69 yrs old and I hope this will increase our muscle strength/toning, decrease joint pain, and help with balance. It is really fun so far! I'm determined to get back into shape so we can continue to enjoy our active lifestyle! We want to be fit and active as long as possible!
