As house painters we use a lot of 5 gallon buckets and the lids are very hard to unscrew. We use a sprayer so there’s no reason to rip off the side and the lids have taken so much time to get open. This fits well and works exactly as described. It’s easy to use and seems durable. The value for it was decent since our local stores no longer carried a similar product.

Heavy duty bucket opener. Does the job.

I have opened many a bucket with this thing, have dropped it on concrete with no problems. Other brands / manufacturers may be making shoddy units, but this one holds up.
