Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (SM-T280 ONLY) Screen Protector, OMOTON Tempered-Glass Protector with [9H Hardness] [Crystal Clear] [Scratch-Resistant] [Bubble Free]

I wasn't sure what to think at first about this screen protector. It was my first time purchasing something as thick as this for a screen protector, I just want to prevent it from scratches for a Samsung tablet for my kids, ages 2 and 4. I first purchased it on December 2016. And then it happened... it cracked (March 2017) I dunno if it got stepped on or dropped, but it cracked. I thought "...great, I'd have to replace the screen on the tablet or get a new one..." But then I thought about how the screen protector was some sort of glass and it was probably it and not the actual screen. So I removed it and it started cracking even more... I was so happy it wasn't the actual screen that cracked... whatever impact it took... this screen protector took it for the team LOL I purchased another one to replace it

Nearly impossible to apply without dust ruining the whole thing. Even the tiniest spec basically ruins the adhesion and makes it look terrible.On top of that, it's very glossy and requires almost constant cleaning to be able to see through all the fingerprints.EDIT: The customer service team contacted me and attempted to make things right. I'm still not a fan of the product, but I can say with confidence that they care about making you happy. Good business, just not my cup of tea.

Hey all!I bought this screen protector with a bit of hesitation because I don't have a good experience with them since they are always screwing up when I put them on one way or another despite following the instructions and doing everything I can to do it right. Well this time this one proved that it could do things that the others couldn't. It was easy to put on. Had everything you needed. Walked you through it and delivered what they promised.I am sadly clumsy with my tablet despite being as careful as possible with it. I'm constantly reading, I would say I spend up to 5 hours reading a day if work and life decide not to rally. I've dropped my tablet and the screen cracked in several places while I have this screen protector on it. I carefully lifted the protector to check it and behold! The actual screen is safe! I will be getting this item again! It delivers and protects your screen like they promise, great product!

I actually ordered two of these. When you put it on be very careful to not get any dust between the screen protector and the screen. Dust, hair, or bits of sticky stuff will leave visible spots that will drive you nuts. Haven't figured out a way to get bits of hair and dust off the back of this thing without leaving smudges, or how to remove the smudges. That's why I just ordered a second one, the parts of the screen that didn't have a hair looked and responded fantastic. The instructions say you can pull it off and put it on again if you screw it up. That is true, just keep in mind unless you've found a cleaner environment you might make it worse not better.The new one I installed out of my house (i have two dogs and a cat) in an office environment with gloves on. I cleaned the desk off and installed it with my tablet sitting in the box it was delivered in. Having put the effort in the screen is barely noticeable other than being easier to clean and not worrying as much about damaging it. The screen is clear and transfers touch well. Comes in a professional looking box that is big enough to do the install in. I'll be buying another one before I leave the country to keep that new screen feel for the life of my device.

When I first received this for my Galaxy Tab A 7", I was thoroughly impressed by the packaging. A lot of thought had gone into making sure you not only got everything you needed to put this screen protector on, but that it would not come to you damaged. The hard packaging is sealed and is almost like a book. I may even hang onto it just because it's so nice.The instructions were written in very clear English, along with easy-to-follow diagrams. Once I had the protector's adhesive exposed, it practically sealed itself right on my tablet, and only had a few small bubbles that were easily removed by the tool provided. The kit comes with wet wipes, dry wipes, microfiber cloth, bubble smoothing tool, dust removal sticker, temporary hinge stickers, and of course the protector itself.The protector has worked excellently so far. The oleophobic surface means nary an oily fingerprint is left on the screen.The only thing that I will not test out, which was touted as a feature on the front of the packaging, is the explosion-proof nature of the glass. Since I'm not explosion-proof nor do I want to even attempt it, I'll just have to take Omoton's word for it.

It installed easily, even thought i didn't follow the instructions. First off, i installed it on a brand new tablet right off the box, so the screen was pristine, without any smudges or dust, so no cleaning was necessary. Not wanting to deal with taping the guide flap on the device, i just carefully laid it down on the screen (adhesive side down), leading slightly with the screen hole side. Of course the first time i messed up the alignment with the front camera hole. So i just pried it off and did it again, this time knowing better what i was doing. On the second application the alignment was fine, but there was a small bubble of air in the lower center part of the screen that wouldn't smooth out. For this, i pried off the bottom and lifted past the bubble (leaving the top half stuck to the screen), then smoothed it back down from the center. The bubble was then gone and i was done. Looks and works great. Whole job took less than 5 minutes.
