Greatly reduced cramping
I never ride without finishing at least 1.5l on a 50km ride. It has significantly reduced cramping especially during interval training or long 100km plus rides The citrus taste is great but not for everyone .. my son does not like it at all so I got him the unflavoured version. Overall I highly recommend the product.

i am a big fan of these drops. i have IBS and many forms of electrolyte powder, liquid, etc. leave me feeling bloated and nauseated. none of that with Elete. huge bonus is that you can add to any liquid, not just water! and this lemon flavour is very palatable.

Great fitness product, effective and easy to use
Just pour a capful, or a few drops, into your water bottle. It doesn't have any special storage requirements and a little bit goes a long way. This product is affordable on Amazon, whereas it is much more expensive here in Dubai. A small amount is effective in providing a great boost in stamina for workouts, it works and I can feel it improve my condition both during and after a workout. You can barely taste it, so no issues drinking it. I keep a small bottle of it in my first aid kit, living in the desert as I do and participating in outdoor activities in 45C heat. The Citrilyte solution is a great change from the regular solution, with a mild lemon taste. I recommend this strongly over sugar-based sports drinks - this stuff works.

Like it a lot
This is my second bottle of this. I like it a lot. Electrolytes with no sugar is what I am looking for sometimes and this is perfect. I will buy it again when I finish this bottle. The 8oz bottle lasts a good long time.

Great for Outdoor Activity in the Heat!
Great Product, has a slightly salty taste but if you need the E lytes you won't mind. When I ride my horse for several hours at a time in distance riding training or competition in the Florida heat I feel like a new person compared to regular water or other additives.

Could Taste Better, Could Taste A Lot Worse!
It's nice to be able to mix your own electrolyte drink without having to deal with more sugar than a full-sized candy bar. At higher concentrations, it can be a bit rough on the palate, but it gets the job done well!
