Batteries to defend with
I just go these batteries in today. They arrived in one day, wow. I could have purchased from a couple dozen other brands, many off brands, but went with Surefire. They are a trusted brand and i depend on these. The last brand I used was Eveready and they worked very well and lasted for many years without leaks. I expect the same of these and will post if I have a poor experience.

Made in USA
I like that these were made in the USA and have a container. I thought my light was poor quality until I put in this battery and it shone bright.

FRESH! :-)
Batteries arrived only 1 month old (with 10 years shelf life). I won't be able to say much more until I've exhausted the batteries years from now. (We use them in an alarm system.)A tip: We followed the recommendations of the alarm company and replaced all of our batteries when a couple of units were reporting low batteries. It's easier that way. However, we were left with almost two dozen batteries with some useful charge left. We bought some cheap flashlights that take these batteries, so that we can use up the remaining charge. Because the shelf life is so long, we're able to stash these for hurricane preparedness.UPDATE: We're changing out all of our batteries 7 years later. I can't complain. The previous round of Panasonic batteries that the installer used lasted slightly less than 5 years. I read some negative reviews that the batteries aren't arriving fresh. I hope that's not true. I'm ordering another round of these batteries, and we'll see.
