Kicker 44TCWC102 10" 600W Subwoofer + Box + Boss R1100M 1100W Amp + Amp Kit

Before buying this, I did a lot of research on everything to make sure it was all quality equipment for the price, and after contemplating on whether to buy it or not for two weeks, I decided to buy it. For having free shipping, I received everything fairly quickly. I really like how the woofer looks, and the amp has a nice blue glow behind the logo which looks nice at night. I installed this in my 93 Nissan D21 Pickup truck (which is really tight on space) and everything fit perfectly. Okay now to get to the performance...it's a great system for a small truck. For being a single 10'' woofer, it hits really hard, and I have no problem with the amp putting out too little or too much power for it. My lights don't dim when the bass hits or anything, it's just perfect. Honestly, for spending less than $200 on this system, I am more than satisfied with how it sounds. Now if you are looking for anything to rattle the neighbors, keep looking. Parked in the driveway turned up nearly all the way, I can hear some of the bass hits from inside of my house, but nothing that will disturb the people sleeping around you. Now running this in the summer, the amp can get quite warm, especially behind my seat in a tight area where air can't flow into very well, but it's nothing problematic. The bass is more than enough to fill a small cab truck like mine, and it can get really loud inside. The bass control knob that came with the amp only works when the amp's low pass filter is activated though. I have no complaints with the amp or the sub, but the wiring kit on the other hand...it had a few problems. The power and ground wires came with little O shaped connectors to connect to the chaste and the positive terminal on the battery, but the connecters were far too large for the gauge of wire that this came with. After trying to crimp them onto the wires, there was still a little bit of an uncomfortable wiggle in the wire because the connecters were too large. The speaker wire was of cheap quality, but everything else seemed to be okay. I just recommend buying a $5 connecter set from any where near, or else you will have to improvise with some of the connections. After everything though, I rate this 5 stars and I will not regret this purchase. It sounds nice and fills my truck well. I recommend this to anybody looking for some really loud bass with limited space!

It came faster than they said, which ment it was here before Christmas. Fairly easy to install for a novice like myself with stereo equipment. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting more thump in there rig without spending a lot of money.

I have it on a 04 F150 regular cab. The sub and the kit arrived in different packages with different delivery methods. it was a quick install but a manual would have been nice. The kit was alright but the crimp connectors were cheap. The sub is heavy enough that I didn't need to secure it to the floor to avoid it sliding on hard turns. I have an 850 cold cranking amp battery with 150 amp minutes to avoid having the amp haul too much power. As for the sound, it is definitely a good investment if you want to take som stress away from your speakers .

I bought this package for my little car, I drive a Fiat 500 which in essence is like a bass box haha. I've had no issues with it and I've had it for over a year at this point. The bass sounds awesome in my car and 1 10" sub was all i needed in order to enjoy my music without it being overpowering. I'm a music junkie so upgrading my cars bass was the first thing i did when i got it. This kit hasn't let me down at all, so I'd greatly recommend it. I only traded out some cables for another higher quality brand but everything else i kept the same.

Very good sub, impressive output for a cheapo boss amp. Some frequencies aren’t really played as accurately as you’d like, but for this setup price you can’t beat it

The subwoofer sounds great and instillation was pretty easy. Would suggest buying a connector set as the ones in the kit are to big. Also I had troubles with the RAC cables but it was only a $10 fix. There is more than enough bass for my 1989 Jeep Wrangler though and I believe it was a great deal.

The sub is wonderful, but it doesn’t hit low notes at all. The amp overheats way too fast. However, for the money, it gives a nice punch, but it won’t blow you away. It’s not bass you can “feel”.
