Yes, I’ve only used it a few times and see a little improvement already. I use Argan Oil but I think you can probably use anything, the idea is that this help the skin absorb whatever you use.

I think you are supposed to apply your serum BEFORE using the roller so that it will penetrate the skin better and thus have a stronger and faster effect on your skin. I always apply a bit more after as well.
