I love this product I've tried many OTC sleeping products and they just dont work, I take 2 of these every night and I sleep like a baby almost through the hole night .

I didn't feel it helped me sleep as well as another brand that has theanine in it. Didn't feel as if it did what I intended. Went back to my vitamin shoppe

I've been taking basic ZMA supplements at night for a couple of years to support good sleep and recovery. I've been an athlete all my life, and as I've gotten older recovery has become much more of a concern than in my careless youth, hence the ZMA. I was intrigued by this, which combines the ZMA I'm already taking with Fulvic acid, a combo tailor made for the higher mileage male athlete.Switching from plain ZMA to these I haven't noticed any change in sleep, which is good. As far as the Shajalit/fulvic acid component, I haven't noticed much difference. Perhaps I'm feeling a little more spring in my step, but perhaps that's other factors. A testosterone test pre/post use of these would really tell more of the story, but I don't have the resources for that kind of thing.Overall these are good ZMA and a convenient way to add in fulvic acid, but based on what I have read I may need a higher dose than this provides to see optimum results. I will likely buy a separate shajalit supplement to get a higher dose, and that will also save me money vs continuing with these alone.

Really didn't notice much difference

These are truly amazing. I take them at night before bed and it helps with the morning doo! I feel great with them and I sleep pretty hard with them. I highly recommend!

Excellent recovery time! I definitely noticed I was less sore in the morning. Pills smelled a little strange though, otherwise I loved it and will be buying again!

It's just OK. Nothing special.
