How do I go about making the control box be able to run on a 12V cigarette lighter?

I wired mine to a cigarette lighter adapter and have been running it without issue. If you have basic electrical/wiring knowledge there should be no reason for this to be an issue. Make sure your connections are solid and well insulated. Generally, in a low voltage environment like 12v, hot wires mean there is a short or improper resistance. Something was done wrong.

Is the speaker high enough quality to play music?

Is it possible to play music from it? Yes. I suppose you could plug an aux cord into it. I'm not sure the quality would compare well against some nice car stereo components. It's not made for that. It's a siren with PA functionality.

Is the speaker waterproof I need to know so I can nowhere to install it

Waterproof. Have it mounted on an engine guard on a police bike. Works great.

How can i mount this on a charger?

You will need to be more specific but I will assume yes since chargers are used as police cars and this a emergency siren
