great fixture !! It is very easy to make homemade ravioli. The dough does not stick to the mold, I sometimes wipe it with a dry paper towel. It is not necessary to sprinkle with flour, the filling fits a little less than a teaspoon. Everything happens quickly, easily, effortlessly! And yes, it really is stainless steel !!
