Average; Gets the job done but is wobbly
We have had this for our home gym for almost 3 years now. It’s very easy to move around and out of the way. We use it for pretty much everything: bench press, incline press, reverse flies, leg extensions and flexion. We do not use the preacher curl attachment though. I’m 5’6, Husband is 5’11, both of us under 200lb.For leg flexion (curls), I recommend removing the upper pads that you would rest your thighs on for leg extensions. If you don’t, and instead rest your knee atop them, you’ll aggravate your knee cause it will cause a hyperextension feeling. I remove the pads and scoot a little ways down, and you can see in my photo I get nearly a full ROM.Unfortunately, when you put more than 45 pounds on the pole and weigh less than 130lbs as I do, the opposite end (or head) of the bench lifts off the ground when you sit to do leg extensions. I have to put another weight plate on the legs to hold the bench down otherwise I’m extremely unstable. Also, using big plates like the 35 and 45 make it cumbersome to do leg extensions. The plate hits my toes, so I’m adding a workout by holding the pates steady with my toes. Because of this, I prefer to use smaller plates, but this means I have to add more plates for the same amount of weight. This is an issue because the pole is not very long, and can only hold about 4 plates, or 5 if you don’t want to use the safety clip. It’s quite easy to max out the weight, which means you’ll have to get creative with your workouts and start doing slower, controlled eccentric movements to feel the same burn.Overall I’m glad we have this. It was very inexpensive when we bought it, and it has paid off well for us. I use it more than husband because he has a free gym at work, but we live rurally and it’s absurd for me to drive 20 minutes just to go lift. Overall, it’s average. Nothing special, but it gets the job done and it doesnt fall apart.I gave 3 stars because 3 stars means average. I’m happy to have it.

A solid option, good for taller than average, and great with Tonal
Since there have been questions about suitability for height, I'm 6'3" with a 34" inseam. All aspects of the bench work well for me with regards to height. I'm not using the bar for the preacher attachment, but can't imagine it wouldn't work for me. I have used the preacher pad for both preacher curls and hip/back extensions and have not trouble finding adjustments that are appropriate. Note that I am a professor whose career is focused on musculoskeletal biomechanics, so I have some expertise with such things.I am using the bench with my Tonal system and for that it's been great. I've connected one of the cables to the pin where the preacher handle would attach, and that is working well for knee extensions and hamstring curls. It doesn't quite give full range of motion, but it's totally acceptable. Since the Tonal is limited to 100lbs per cable, I'm going to need to figure out a way of attaching both cables soon for knee extensions, but have some ideas. The bench is solid and sturdy, and the back angle is easy to adjust. The only place that could be improved is the leg extension/curl bar that has some lateral wobble, It's not enough to throw off the exercises, but as an engineer I'd like something more precise. I do think this bench is a great value though.

Decent bench, and great for the cost
As I was looking for benches, this was one of the more affordable I could find with the features I wanted. We've been using it for about 6 months. It is kept outside, usually covered by a tarp, in Southern California, and it's been holding up well. It's not as nice as something you'd find in a gym, but I'm happy with the value for the cost.

Solid And Quality
Arrived within a few days! Said 2 weeks. Bolts are not numbered, but they come in different amounts, so learn by that. The only trouble I had was determining which ones were the M10x70 and M10x75. The 75's are a bit longer. Other then that, I felt the assembly was easy and took me roughly 45 minutes. I was stressing out for a long time trying to find the perfect bench with perfect reviews. I am very happy with my decision to but this bench. I am 6ft and the bench feels great using the leg developer, as well as the Preacher Curl. It's sturdy and has a wide back cushion that feels great during bench pessing. I incorporated this bench into my squat rack and I am absolutely happy with it. Leg cushions are nice and thick. Only one con in the whole purchase and it was that the 2 inch bar clamp provided didn't open far enough to go over the bar, but I had one laying around. If you don't , you can pick 2 up for roughly $6.00. Definitely not something to sway my thoughts on recommending this bench. I think you should get it 🙂.

weight bench
The leg part wiggles a bit but it still works. I have been using for while and everything is still good even the padding on bench.

Not all it promises
This bench is okay. It’s sturdy and the quality feels solid. Unfortunately, it's not as functional as described or pictured due to design flaws.I was disappointed to find that the preacher curl mechanism is basically useless. You cannot achieve a full extension of the arms because the weights hit the base (where they sit when not in use). You can go from 90 -120 degrees of flexion but cannot go from 90-0 degrees extension. So you can work half the range of motion...great. I tried to do single arm biceps curls as pictured and the weight hits the arm, also not allowing for a full extension unless you sit at an angle which is uncomfortable and does not allow for proper alignment. Aside from using that pad for back extensions, it's useless, bulky and gets in the way when doing leg extensions and hamstring curls - I just removed it. For lower body leg extensions and hamstring curls or just to sit on and do shoulder presses, etc it works but if you are looking to do biceps curls using the pad, I’d explore other options that have this feature.

BEST HOME GYM BENCH
I had done a lot of research before purchasing this bench. My husband and I have a home gym in our garage and this is the perfect bench for our gym. We were looking for a bench that had the leg curl option, and it was a bonus that it had the curl attachment. We have had this bench for a little over a month now and it is very sturdy!
