Gives me a great mid day pick me up to finish my day. Keep in mind that I have a high tolerance for fat burners so it takes a bit to get me feeling anything. I do not get jitters normally. I haven't noticed any weight loss but that is not my current fitness goal. I did enjoy the bit of energy I got from the pills and plan to keep using them. Makes work a bit easier.

Took one of these in the morning before work and I felt awful all day. Nothing but sweats and jitters as I felt as if I was going to vomit at any given moment. I don't have a sensitivity to caffeine and have never had any other problems like this before. Might work for others but buyer beware.
