PlastiKote 469 Plastic Primer Enamel - 12 Oz.

Time will tell how well this product has worked. I used this as a part of the surface prep prior to repainting a bumper on my truck. All plastic/rubber type bumpers and other car parts must have adequate surface preparation before applying paint and clear coat. It's hard to get very excited about a can of spray on plastic.

Great stuff for painting plastic.I also used it after sanding some plastic painted with enamel because i was to an acrylic paint over the enamel. Two quick light coats worked like a charm with very fast set up time.It's like spraying a light coat of clear glue but it spray like a spray paint when covering.

Used to prime my plastic 2004 Toyota Tacoma wheel hubs before I repainted them.Used the PlastiKote metallic grey paint and PlastiKote Clear lacquer to cover the completed job.Sticks to the plastic like iron. Car washes have no power over this paint!

Used this after sanding some plastic parts to fill some scratches before painting. This stuff is awesome and made my little rattle can job look as good as a rattle can job can look. Highly recommend.

I have no idea why they make and maket this product. It actually made the plastic harder to paint and the finish was not smooth. It would have been better not to use this at all. I had to sand the paint and this primer off and start over.

A clear primer to make the color coat stick better to the plastic surface. Recommended by my professional painter friends

product was not usable. can had sticky crap all over it. label was unreadable.

I used this to spray paint plastic magnetic letters and outdoor furniture and it worked wonderfully!
