Botanique Whitening Antiplaque Toothpaste with Turmeric, 4 oz

This is an excelent toothpaste. It whitens your teeth, brightens your smile and I enjoy the flavor. Refreshing to the taste.

I’ve tried a lot of natural toothpastes over the years, and this Himalaya Botanique Whitening Antiplaque Toothpaste with Charcoal is easily one of the best I’ve used. The flavor is clean, it leaves your mouth feeling genuinely fresh, and the whitening effect is noticeable without being harsh or abrasive. Yes — I’ll be honest — this 4-pack is a little on the pricey side compared to regular toothpaste. But for me, the ingredients make it worth it. It’s fluoride-free, and while fluoride can be helpful, it can also be potentially harmful when consumed in high doses. So having a toothpaste that avoids that entirely while still performing extremely well is a big plus. The charcoal and black seed oil combo works better than I expected. My teeth look and feel cleaner, and the formula doesn’t leave that weird gritty residue some charcoal products have. At the end of the day, the saying holds true here: “Good things ain’t cheap, and cheap things ain’t that good — sometimes.” This toothpaste is a perfect example of that. If you’re trying to move toward more natural oral care products without sacrificing performance, this is a great choice.

Work very well and does not stain the sink like my regular charcoal powder did, great alternative! Fluoride Free on top of that.

I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Thats only because the toothpaste is jet black in color so I assumed it would have a different taste than your ordinary flouride toothpaste. But no, it has a fresh minty taste. The difference between regular toothpaste and this toothpaste is very noticable. The Himalaya product has a more natural aftertaste.

I brushed my teeth 30 minutes ago. My mouth is still tingling with freshness. My teeth feel like I just came from a dental cleaning.

This is my first time using this product and I'll say that it's pretty good, better than I expected. The color is a pale brown mustard color and the strength of the taste is not overpowering but a mild mint flavor and doesn't taste artificial, makes a good amount of sudsy action and does leave your breath feeling clean and fresh. What drew me to the product, was the use of Turmeric and Coconut Oil, but worried about the taste and if it would actually stain my teeth because many know turmeric alone doesn't taste great and can be very staining. There is a warning of caution about protecting clothing and towels because turmeric can stain porous materials, but so far, I've had zero problem with staining. Other features that drew me in were, Fluoride Free, SLS Free, No Artificial Colors or Flavors and although the ingredient list is long, all of them are readable and many are organic. I'll add that I do have sensitivity issues when I brush with certain toothpastes but this one has not given me any problems. I will say that my teeth do look a lot brighter. The cost is more than what I would normally pay for toothpaste, but given all the positives and brighter teeth, I'll probably continue to buy.

LOVE this toothpaste. I have chronic gingivitis despite having good oral hygiene (Sonicare brush, Waterpik, mouthwash) and working with a dentist regularly. Every now and again I'll have a very sore spot in one of the pockets around a tooth, and recently had an especially bad one that was concerning enough I wondered if it was a full infection. As a last resort before going in for emergency dental care, I started treating the pain with clove oil, and did some research on other natural options. The clove oil worked like a charm, of course, but this toothpaste!! Turmeric saves the day again! I originally found a scholarly article talking about turmeric in dentistry, and learned about a curcumin paste used to treat oral health concerns. But it's only sold overseas. -_- As an alternative, I read the ingredients in every turmeric-based toothpaste I could find, and even in it's natural, less concentrated form in this toothpaste, it calmed my gums right down within a day or two. It leaves a wonderful, clean feeling without feeling like you really stripped your mouth. And as an unexpected benefit, I have noticed a difference in the brightness of my teeth in the few weeks I've been using this paste. BEWARE: It will definitely turn your toothbrush yellow! The taste isn't anything to write home about, but the freshness lingers nicely and it makes your gums just feel happier.

The flavor is fine, the texture is fine, but the staining my sink is unbearable. If you don't enjoy a black sink, expect to clean after every brushing morning and night!

Helps my mouth feel way cleaner. Makes me feel better knowing i’m not calcifying my pineal gland with flouride in other generic toothpaste products. Tastes very minty. And feels nice and refreshing -definitely just as good if not better than any on a shelf in a store. I won’t ever go back. I just wish it had remineralizing ingredients like the Canadian Tanit brand I just tried and now love too

This toothpaste is good for acting as a barrier for healthy gums and teeth as it has turmeric and coconut in it which are natural ingredients without fluoride. Very gentle to use but with a mild taste and freshness. Keeps the mouth clean and healthy.

Works well, better than the new products on the market.

Prodotti davvero di qualità. Il dentifricio è di consistenza morbida, occorre fare attenzione che quando lo si mette sullo spazzolino non coli. Sapore molto buono, lascia sensazione di freschezza. Anche la scatola di cartone che lo contiene è davvero solida e pratica, da riutilizzare.

This is my favorite toothpaste. I love the natural ingredients, the taste is refreshing, and the texture feels great. My mouth always feels clean after using it. And for the quality you get, the price is really good. Highly recommend.
