Comfortable and good protection
It is exactly what I needed after tearing skin off knee sliding while playing baseball. Even comfortable while wound was still healing protecting the cut without disturbing bandage still worn

Leg Saver!
I have bought many of these. I play softball and do a lot of sliding. This item has saved me from tearing up my legs. I wear one on both legs. They stay in place and do not sag or fall down as I am running. Great product and will continue to buy. Thanks!

Improvement over old models
I've purchased many of these over the years, and this model is better than the prior which was for a specific knee (R or L). The slider is tight and remains in place even after sliding, and doesn't ride up or down after running around. It provides sufficient coverage to prevent most scrapes on those cement fields. I will buy these many more times, hopefully, but not because they wear out fast. They hold up, but I have found the bottom elastic is usually the first to begin losing its rigidity, and becoming a little loose. I am usually able to get about 100+ washes out of them before I consider getting a back up.Tip: Air dry inside-out to help it last longer.

Would have been good to know its not a pair!
Decent product and what I was after, but was surprised there was only one in the pack. Not obvious when looking and would have been good to know at time of purchase.

Just one item - make sure you purchase two
Haven't tried it out yet on the court but love the feel. I think these will be great when I slide / dig for volleyball. Very comfortable and not bulky like some others. I've read that you don't really need all the padding others provide for normal play unless you may have some knee injuries, etc. I'll post once I've tried it for a few games.I wasn't paying attention when I bought this (singular). Thought I was getting an inexpensive product that hopefully would work for me. Found out later $15 for one leg/knee only. Make sure you buy two. LOL. Price is still where I was planning to spend so I'm good.

single thickness of thin neoprene
This is the knee pad for you if you want larger coverage and no slippping down. It's long. This allows you to put quite a bit of it above your knee cap. Positioning the "hourglass" part of the pad centered it on my knee cap and it didn't slip down. The pad is a single layer of neoprene. The single layer didn't shift my knee cap around as i went down on the knee. The down side is that this layer is thin. So you'll need to make the decision if this is enough thickness for you. It might not be if you tend to go down hard.I also didn't realize these are single, not pair.

Perfect for pickleball
After twenty years of volleyball, diving and rolling come very naturally to me. Now I play pickleball, and my nickname is "dustmop" because I'm still diving and rolling and generally putting my knee down on low digs. Despite all my training and practice, I'd still get scrapes on my knees sometimes. My old set of pads worked OK on indoor surfaces, but on asphalt friction would still get transferred to my knee through the material so I had quite a collection of scrapes. Since I got these pads, not one. Knees are almost back to normal, after maybe a hundred contacts on both surfaces. The inner lining provides an extra layer that will move before your skin has to, and the fact that it's smooth means that even in the worst case it's better than the rough outer material. Whoever designed this clearly knew what's needed.

Daughters won’t play without these
I have bought two of these knee pads one for each daughter and they both won’t slide without them now.

Have been my go-to for years
I bought these for my heels dance class this time but the reason I did is because I have used these sliders for years. I played softball all throughout childhood and into my college years. I got my first one when i was around 9 or 10 and didnt have to replace it until I was about 17. The next one at 17 brought me all the way through my 4 years in college. Its thin so it reduces the amount of bunching at the back of the knees. Its really stretchy so it stays up in place even though you might have larger thighs. Its easy to wash and dry and its stiched really well so it doesn't come a part right away. Obviously protection from the dirt when sliding.

Buena compra
