TEC.BEAN 4-in-1 Ceramic Hair Straightener Curling Iron with Heat Settings and 360° Swivel Cord, Purple

Love it! Last year I moved to a warm, humid climate and my hair turned into a frizz wig. I spent days researching every kind of setting gel, smoothing gel, electric roller, electric straighteners, electric drying brushes, steam rollers -- everything! I bought a number of them and can report that hands down this Tec. Bean works the best. Nice smooth curls in the shortest amount of time imaginable.First I bought a the dryer/styling brush combination thinking it would do the trick -- but it takes awhile to style and unfortuantley frizz returned. This Tec.Bean beats everything hands down. I let my hair dry, spray on some heat protective product and curl my hair with the curling brush. Gives excellent body and just the right amount of curl which lasts. Hair doesn't get as frizzy as it used to. I release the catch on the straightener and before I finish run it thru my hair to keep the frizz away. Straightens bangs once and for all.Quicker than electric rollers, better than the steam rollers. Better than a simple electric curling iron.Note: be careful when packing for travel as bristles can break. I bought the Oxo silicon holder and pocket which protects it beautifully. Small negative; you can turn off the device by accident because slide control fits under your hand, but not a deal breaker.

I'm a little disappointed as I wanted something that I could use to straighten my hair but flip up the ends. I tried that it doesn't work very well. My hair actually looked very frizzy when I was done. I'm really disappointed in that aspect. However, I did use just the brush curling part the day that I received it and curled my and it did a great job. So I have mixed emotions. For curling it's good but if you want to just straighten and are hoping to maybe have two tools in one I'd say probably not ideal. I'll still be using my straightener.

I have had this product for a year and a half and I have to throw it away now. Why? Not because it doesn't heat up or do a great job. But, it makes it impossible to curl your hair when most of the little plastic teeth have fallen off of the iron. It started slowly but now, anywhere from 2 to 6 just break off when I use it. There is nothing you can do to stop it. I guess the heat just weakens the plastic and they break off. Since it was only $20 and it did last over a year and performed well while it had lots of teeth, I gave it 3 stars.

Well I had used the In-Styler that was similar to this and the bristles were smaller and after some time and usage the bristles almost all broke off! I was careful with it too, so I don't know if they couldn't stand the heat? But this curling brush/straightener was what I was looking for. I was looking for something similar to the In-Styler that would not have the same problem and the price was pretty affordable too! So far so good! It really works great! I did drop it and two bristles broke off at the top, but that was my fault. I think it works great and I only need to have it on low to do a great job! Good product! Thanks!

I have fine white hair. I used a regular flat iron to "curl" the ends of my hair for years. When it broke I decided to try this one and it's ok but with only two settings I have to be very careful (yes, I use a heat protective product on my hair) or it kinks and frizzes the ends and causes some damage. I have only had it a couple of days and am still trying to figure out how to best use it without damage.

Gave it to my aunt she loves it because it works really well with her short hair

I was looking for curling iron wand without burning hands or forehead, but still curling hair fast for a while, and returned a product bought from other store. I ordered this one and not so sure it will meet my need (thought I can affordable if it still not meet my needs). When I received it, I tried it right way. This product is what I am looking for!!!Lots of products has the teeth that will burn your hands at same price range. So I am very happy with this product. Plus the flat iron, fast heat up, automatic turning off feature! 360 degree swivel cord, I give the 5 stars for this product.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product. I love it so much I have purchased three of them. 1. Gym bag. 2. Travel/Vacation bag. 3. Home. I love how I can straighten my hair and with the curling iron, I can make the ends curl, so they are not funky like the ends of the hair can get with a typical straightener. I also don't have to worry about burning my head or hands as the comb makes a barrier. The only negative I have to say is that I often will pinch my finger if I am not paying attention to where my hand is at when I open up the straightener.
