Excellent stuff, I recommend to anyone who has respiratory infections. It helps knock out the cough and get me back on my feet quickly.

Good product with good expiration date

This product definitely works when I feel a cold coming on. However, the capsules are so big and they smell and taste horrible—like echinacea and zinc, duh. It actually makes me a bit nauseous after it take it, especially if I do it in the morning/daytime. I take it and lay right down at night.

This is my 2nd purchase of this product because it really seems to work.I know there are more savvy consumers out there who know the best combinations of supplements to take when you're starting to feel sick, but I'm not one of them. This product takes away all of the guesswork and gets the job done.I start taking them the very first day I begin to feel a cold coming on and within 24 hours almost all symptoms are gone and I'm feeling well again. I usually continue taking them for an additional couple of days and then put them away until I might need them again.It 's a convenient item to keep around. At worst you might take some extra vitamins but on the other hand it could wipe out your symptoms & your cold. A trade off that has worked out well for me.
