Not easy to install, confusing to understand

Great safety feature - lots of work to install!
I really like this safety feature. However, the design and product installation seems like an afterthought Wenner. It seem to me the Wenner ladder and related safety products should already be designed to assemble easily. Instead of the customer having to saw off the legs, drill holes, etc. Very poor customer experience!
