Great product, Great service.
The cou works with my board. I installed a high dissipation heat sink and fan to accomodate the extra wattage. The cou seems to work well and I am pleased. The package arrived from China nicy wrapped and secure. It arrived a day ahead of the agreed date; this was a nice bonus. Thank you for a great service. Cheers

CPU Works Great But Wraith Cooler Not Included
Seller communication is excellent! Product title and the listing did not make it very obvious that the Wraith cooler was not included. But, seller did reach out to communicate this before releasing product. CPU works great. Purchased a cooler separately.

Still a solid CPU
I was looking to extend the life of my AM3+ Gaming PC that I had put together 5+ years ago. The FX-6300 I originally had in it was great but I felt that after so long it could be better. I was right- boot times are shorter and the whole system seems snappier. For the right price it’s hard to argue that this isn’t a good deal. The fact that this CPU has put out this much of a fight and outlasted practically all it's relevant competitors is nothing short of amazing.Side note: With the included Wraith Cooler (and after adding some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste) I was able to OverClock all 8 cores to 4.35 Ghz. So now it’s technically faster than the FX 8370 when left at stock speeds.

Misleading
The CPU is NOT what the description says. The advertisement says 4.2Ghz speed and 16Mb level 3 cache but after installing the CPU, I realized it is 4.0Ghz and 8Mb level 3 cache. The specifications say 4.0Ghz and 8Mb level 3 cache confirming what my system shows. The advertisement heading is inaccurate. Also, there is no cooling fan.I want my money back but it's too much hassle looking at the return policy, lots of opposition. It seems like intentional misleading.

My first AMD processor and I am not disappointed at all! Impressive ❤
Ok, before this one, I just tried AMD on GPU's around 2010 and I was a little bit disappointed about their performance. But recently I have heard awesome things about the new AMD processors (around 2018), so I decided to get this Processor. I am super impressed with the overall performance!Design: the boxing is so good looking! This will look incredible with some other tech boxes. The processor itself is beautifully designed and also feels very cold, the included fan comes with a RGB lightning! What a lovely surprise!Installation: for me, installing was hard (1.5 hours), because it was my first time and I accidentally removed some screws on my motherboard (the screws where you mount the whole processor), but I am sure this process would be easier if I don't get confused like I did.Performance: 8 cores running at 4.00 GHz, without overclocking. Nothing else to be said!Thermal: completely runs between 40 - 50 Celsius at normal operation. Around 70 - 80 Celsius when stressed (rendering video, videogaming).Hyperthreading: by far, this is the only low score for this processor. Since this is 8 core and no threads (each core is independent and its own thread), it seems some hyperthreading tasks are performed slower than usual.I can barely believe that this processor costs around US $75, when it performs like a US $300 of the other brand.

It was difficult to get it into place with the latches

Great Bang For The Buck
Good CPU. Good overclocker if you have good cooling. I have a Cooler Master EVO 212 and even with the CPU on stock settings during a Prime95 stress test it will go over 60C. Not sure if its just my pc and fan setup, other people might have an easier time overclocking this thing. It runs good on stock settings though. Paired with a GTX 980 and 16gigs of ram i can play Warhammer 2 Total War and Assassin's Creed Origins with 50-60 fps on Ultra 1080p.Best thing about this CPU though is the Price, I paid $110 for it brand new on Amazon.

Works like a charm
I have an old gigabyte AMD motherboard running Windows 7. I originally purchased this build in 2012. I refuse to upgrade the OS simply because my recording system and the hardware i use with it works just fine. Upgrading to a new OS would immediately render my hardware obsolete and cost thousands more to replace it (not to mention the downtime as well). What's the next best thing to get more power and upgrade my system? THIS!!!Upgrading to this processor has done wonders for my system. Everything works exactly as it should. Now let's see if i can get another 5-8 years out of this old set up! 🌝
