I have a Silhouette Cameo 3, and though this tool isn't specifically made for it, it works very well for what I wanted it to do. I like to make gift boxes, and the way to score fold lines with just a Silhouette blade is to perforate the material. With that technique, the risk of the cardstock tearing off is always there, and another issue is that the perforation lines cut through the printed design on the box. I got this tool on spec to see if it could be made to score the fold lines. I set the machine at the "Chipboard" setting so I have the depth of 33. I can increase the speed quite a bit, but I still use the double-cut setting. It works quite well. The folds don't fold themselves the way a perforated score would do, and I still have to be very aware of where the folds need to be and use a bone folder to finalize the crease, but they look much better. Even though I have to do a bit of extra work, I give this tool five stars, because I'm successfully using it for something it was never made for.
