Amazon are supposed to have contacted them and asked for the English instructions to be sent by e-mail as I need them urgently. Request completely ignored - response just says 'sent'. English on box outside but not inside instructions!! Obviously not a reliable source. Only giving it one star and that was only because it actually arrived.

Good value device that monitors Oxygen saturation and pulse rate when you put it on your finger.Only negative is that the instructions only came in Polish language!Luckily operating the device is fairly intuitive.I am ordering another item for one of my relatives who has just contracted Covid-19.

OK very cheap in feelBattery connections are basic and not as you'd normally expect to find (Spring to the Negative Terminal) but follow the installation instructions in the unit and you'll be fine. Nice that a couple of batteries came taped to the outside.Gives a reading in approx 5 secs of being turned onRemove from finger to turn off rather than holding down the power button which goes into setup mode

As another reviewer has commented, instructions are not in English, but the company have covered this by posting English instructions in the images.Also, as another reviewer has mentioned, battery placement is not as expected, but batteries are provided and taped to the outside of the box. Again, the images supplied in the listing do show the rather unusual battery placement required.Slightly temperamental, wish I'd looked at the reviews before purchasing.

Purchased after experiencing how it saved my Grandaughters life, a friend of mine loaned it to me when she was unwell the readings prompted me to phone 111 & she was immediately admitted to hospital with Covid. Every home should have one

When ordering an item from Amazon.co.uk I would expect it to be supplied with either English or multi language instructions. This item came with what looks like Polish instructions only. Selling medical devises without instructions is, in my opinion, wrong. Hopefully the seller will read this and respond by supplying me some English instructions.

Very good item which I recommend to anyone, easy to use, precise and very light. Got one for my parents and then decided to get one for me. Clear display too and very useful too.

Great ! At first was a little difficult to manipulate finger over the sensor and it would sometime not register but my mom ( age 74) got it down to a fine art 😄😀
