Great mat for dampening deadlift sounds
Got this mat to go over a lifting platform I built so I can train while the UK is on lockdown. Didn't want to go with thicker, stiffer gym flooring as this can be quite heavy and I am already pushing my luck with 170kg of bumper plates, 88kg of me plus a rack and bench on the first floor even with a 2m x 2m platform.Was a bit unsure when it arrived as it was very squishy, but after laying it down and standing on it, it is still very stable. Managed 175kg deadlifts with no noise (I still controlled the weight on the way down) and 160kg squats with no instability. Have ordered another one to fully cover the platform.

Fantastic Mat!!!!!
Great item, looks good & it will protect any floor you'd need it for. I'm using it for my treadmill & it does the job very well. I'm glad I bought it. There are cheaper ones elsewhere, but this mat is by far the BEST, hard wearing, looks good & as I'd say "It Does What It Says On The Tin". I'd HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend it & The Seller to anyone who needs a mat like thisMany Many Thanks

Good exercise mat
Size is ideal, but this is a bit thin for putting under treadmill. Good for using for exercising.

Protects floor
I haven’t had it for long but so far it looks like it is decent quality and will serve the purpose I bought it for - protects the floor when I am using my treadmill.

Good value & serves its purpose.
I’ve given this 5 stars although I don’t yet know the durability &, as it’s for standing an exercise bike on, the comfort is not relevant. It is what it says & works as a good base for the bike. Well packaged, not too heavy & easy to cut to size with scissors. Prompt delivery.

Perfect!
I got this mat to go under my heavy spin bike which sits on parquet flooring. I wanted it slightly bigger so that i could easily maneuvor the bike out to use, then tilt & roll it back when not in use. Its thick enough to withstand the heaviness of the bike, and not tear up when i move it about . Im really pleased i chose this one.

Excellent mat, I'm using it to protect my carpets when I do my at home walking workouts. Great size and quality is excellent too. Delivered early and was a great price too.
