It was a rough 2 day ordeal getting this thing going on their end.

Make sure you have 4g in your area
Seems like it’s a great product but might not work in the area I live in since I don’t have 4g cell network

Very Slow network get something else
Never works it said the equipment is at a stop and next day the equipment we are tracking is 1000 miles away. They use old Google maps . Very old software I would recommend better Spytech or sync drive from t mobile

This is actually a great unit. We installed it on our very senior mom's vehicle (with her knowledge) and paid to track it. Has worked out great for us - it even notifies us when her car starts and we can watch where she's going.
