Needs some getting used to
This is my first chair in this style. Many of the other adults in our BSA troop have the $150+ versions and love them. We compared them side by side and they are very similar. The weight rating on this chair is not as high as others but that does not affect me. I just need to make sure no one sits in my chair when I'm not around.Still getting used to sitting in it. It's lower to the ground than I am used to but it is comfortable.I wish it had a hanging pocket for a phone, flashlight, or snack. Legs will sink in the ground if the ground is muddy or wet.I have taken this on a few day hikes, about 15 miles each time, and it didn't take up too much room in my 36L Osprey pack. Too bulky and heavy for long distance backpacking/camping.

Great Chair
I was excited to get a camp chair because let’s be honest we all need one. This chairs very comfortable sturdy and light. But two things I wish were different. One being how far the back of the chair leans back, wish it was more of a straight back. When I lean my head onto the rest I’m looking up at a angle, wish I would be looking more straight to be able to talk to people easily. Second thing, if it could compact smaller that would be great. Due to the head rest style it can’t be folded small. But I guess these two issues are my own opinion. Either way the chairs a great chair.

Packs small
I love how small this thing packs down. Reduces the amount of gear while car camping. No low back support though. A Lil pricey for what it is.

Needs caps over the posts other that perfect
I would give this six stars if I could if they capped all the legs. They tear thru the fabric over time. I covered the others with duct tape and made it work but other than that awesome chair. I keep it in my car because I love near the lake. Fits into my pack or easy to carry down to the beach.

Good quality camping chair!
After wasting money on some generic versions of this chair, I got this one. I am quite pleased. It might be marginally lighter than comparable chairs, but I didn’t get it with weight in mind. It sets up easily, sits comfortably, and most of all, DOESN’T have the flaw that the generic ones can have, where the top poles get stuck in the head of the seat, pulling out the kinetic cord that keeps it together (this happened with my previous chairs). Need an affordable decent camp chair that’s fairly compact? Don’t hesitate to get this. Doing a week-long backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon? It’s not practical for that.

Backpacker's best friend
I *love* this thing! I bought it for backpacking and it transformed my experience from "roughing it" to actually being comfortable and enjoying myself. I can't recommend the headrest highly enough. As for sturdyness, I'm 170lbs and it's... not rickety, exactly, but it does flex when I shift my weight. I'm happy to report that the feet don't sink into the ground like I expected- but I haven't tried it in soft or muddy ground yet. Just wish it had a side pocket for my water bottle like some other models.

Lightweight, sturdy and comfortable!
I bought the chair for backpack camping but wanted to be comfortable by the fire. It is less than 3 lbs., the bag has plenty of straps to secure it to your backpack and the chair has a high neck for comfort. I included a picture of it next to a full size office chair for comparison. The chair felt sturdy with my 200 lb weight and it was comfortable all day as we chilled under cover while it rained all day.A couple of improvements that could be added are anti-sinking feet and a pocket or two.Great chair! I love it.

Camp chair
Super well made chair. It was not as light as I thought, but it is sturdy. I purchased it to use on my motorcycle trips and it does fit in my saddlebag, just wish it was a few ounces lighter. I am not sure it falls under 3 lbs in the carry case, but it is made sturdy. Weight is the only thing I can’t give it a 5 on.

Great chair, but really too expensive.
I love this chair, it's well made and relatively easy to work out how to assemble. It doesn't come with any actual instructions, so I hope I am doing the bits that are under tension properly.I will use this, I will keep it and love it, but it shouldn't cost as much as it does! There's no justification for it really. It's a lightweight chair with a few bits of tubing and a bit of cloth. I love Klymit, but ummm, no.You can find similar for cheaper, I don't think it's worth paying so much extra for a brand name this time. Please give me a helpful vote if you find this review useful.
