High Quality socket
This socket uses the old 1157 bulb, which is a great, reliable design. I used it to replace a 3157 socket which had become unreliable due to being "cooked" by the heat of the always-on daytime running lights. It was a cheap, effective repair. This brand is much better and more reliable than the cheap product in the chain auto parts stores.

Just didn't work
Had high hopes (adding a new bulb for towing my Jeep). Sadly, the tolerances on this holder are just so far out that there was nothing I could do to make a reliable connection to a bulb. I tried an LED bulb (ended up breaking it putting it in and out of the socket so many times), and an old-school incandescent bulb. With either of them, lightly wiggling the bulb (as would happen from road vibration) would disconnect / reconnect the bulb. I even tried adding taller "solder bumps" on the LED bulbs, but it just didn't work.

Junk
Doesn't hold bulb snugly. Connection on one of the circuits is intermittent at best, the other is good. Replaced with $8 O'reilly part, works fine. Lesson learned.

Part Incorrect
The part did not fit as stated as dictated by the companies guidlines. Will not purchase here again. Thats all
