Men's Loose Fit Canvas Utility Work Pant

I've purchased several pairs of these pants over the years. A year ago I bought a pair in my usual size (33-inch waist) and they fit fine. Recently I bought another pair in the same size but the fit was tight in the waist and hips. so I returned them and got a pair with a 34-inch waist, which fit properly. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with inconsistent sizing on these pants. I would say order your usual size and hope for the best.

Good pants, a bit big around the lower leg area. Sturdy pants with pockets on the side for pens or small tools

The carhart pants I bought were 32w×32l and they fit just right.

Good for work or even casual wear. Not too loose but not too skinny

I'm a big dude all around 6'3" and 285lbs. I struggle with fit on a lot of things. These fit nice, not too loose and not too snug. Length is exactly what I needed,the waist was just right.

Disliked the length I'm short. So all my pants have holes at ankle. I've bought 29 inch and have had better results. Rare finding them though.

What is there to say , again a great quality product from Carhartt. They fit and look just right. They are lightweight and not as heavy as some other Carhartt pants , just look at the oz , they list that in every Carhartt description

I have long wanted to try out Carharrt. I started with these pants. They have been a total disappointment.Previously, I would buy the cheap knock-offs from the discount retailer. They were not great quality, but the price was 1/4 that of these pants.I felt good at first. When they arrived, they fit well. The fabric felt thin, but I thought, “let’s give them a try”.The first disappointment was the tag inside that tells me these (and all other Carharrt gear I subsequently purchased) are made in the same/similar third world country as the very cheap brands. Why the cost difference?The second disappointment was the quality. After wearing these once a week on a regular rotation with the cheap ones I already owned, the pants developed a hole in the right knee. I do a physical job, but don’t spend much time on my knees. I have never had my pants wear through in less than 6 months - under once a week wear.I looked at the Carharrt site and they have a “Built To Last Commitment “. On that same page they talk all about the quality and durability of their products. So, I reached out to support to ask about my pants with the hole in the knee. To their credit, they responded quickly and asked for details of the purchase (on Amazon - sold by Carharrt). I sent all this with receipt and photos. And… support disappeared. No replies to my messages since.I have purchased several other Carharrt items in the time between receiving these pants and the hole developing in the knee (Rain proof hoodie and carpenter pants). I have been disappointed in the quality of all of them. Seems like Carharrt spends their money sponsoring outdoors shows and movies and does not have better quality than the cheap stuff. On top of that, for the extra cost, they also Do Not stand behind their products.I will not continue to patronize Carharrt. I had high hopes. Since they cost 4x the price of the cheap ones, it doesn’t make sense to spend my money this way. Maybe if the products were made in the USA, it could justify the price difference, and maybe that wound make a quality difference as well.For me, this brand is all hype and no substance.Really, really, disappointed.

I was always leary on buying clothes online but I gave it a try anyway.My order was a 31X34 and got 34X34.If you like gambling give this a try!

I love these pants but they were too big when I received them. I kept wearing them and after several washes, the shrunk a bit. I find them too baggy. They don't fit as per other similar pants I own. I'd hesitate to order more Carhartt products on-line. I prefer to buy pants at a store where you can try them on. I di love the selection in size and color that is available on Amazon.

Always wanted to own some Carhart pants. Big disappointment! Washed after buying & could see through fabric!! 100% cotton but VERY lightweight. Wouldn't last a month on a work site. Returned.

I bought it for my boyfriend he’s a welder and was always burning tiny holes in his jeans so I thought I’d try carhartt and I’ve never been so impressed with pants they have lasted longer then all his pants and clean very well.
