Yes they are commercial bakery quality! Sturdy, good quality, easy fold, the scalloped window shows off bakery very nice. I will be ordering again.

Can these be used for charcutrtie?

I use them for bakery. They are pretty sturdy but I wouldn’t put too heavy of product in there. I also line with wax paper. All put together they display very nice!

Do the donuts come with these?
