Got this as a cheaper option and understood that the Bluetooth functionality wasn't compatible (or completely missing) but didn't expect it to brake in half after only 10 days use. Unfortunately it broke into 2 peices as it was being taken out the phone so only the top came out, now the rest is totally stuck inside and we can't get it out. As the phones screen is cracked and doesn't work the only way to use it is with the pen which is now stuck inside the phone rendering a Note 9 an expensive paperweight. Its the 1st time I've ever purchased a generic brand for my mobile and it'll be my last. My advice is rather pay the litte extra for a Samsung product upfront rather than having to pay £100 excess (more if not insured) to fix through insurance 10 days later. I have started to see a pattern with Amazon lately, if its not a Prime product it ether arrives faulty and u have to pay to get it shipped back for ur (original price paid only) refund or it brakes and then u need to beg the selling company just to get a new 1 as refunds for broken items r not offered. I am a Prime member and have been for many years now and shopped exclusively using Amazon before any other places online but I think I will be returning to ebay, Wish, Woocher and who ever else is out there now before just blindly ordering non Prime products

why spent £30+ quid on the actual Samsung S Pen when you can get a basic replacement for much much less. Unless you actually use the Bluetooth apps associated with the real S Pen (remote camera control and so on), you won't notice that this cheaper replacement does anything different. On an aesthetic point, as this S Pen substitute does not contain a capacitor, it is somewhat lighter than the real thing, so initially at least it feels a bit 'cheaper', but I quickly got used to that and am glad I went for the cheaper option when replacing a broken original.

The item provided has damaged my phone. It was described as suitable for note 9 but it didnt fit in right like the original and now its stuck in my phone.. Would give 0 stars if I could.. can someone please contact me about this issue urgently..

Works as a stylus for point and click. Anything else was a bit sticky and didn't quite flow right. I do a lot of drawing on my phone and this stylus couldn't cope with that. Ended up spending the extra and sourcing a genuine Samsung replacement. We use this now for my son's Nintendo 3ds.... Works fine with that.

This pen while not the all singing and dancing version Samsung send out certainly does the job. I is robust enoug to be used regularly but I wouldn't go putting too much pressure on it. These pens enven the ones Samsung send out tend to break at the join.
