I ordered a t-rex deadpool and have not received it. what can be done? it’s supposed to be my sons birthday present and it didn’t arrive.

You might not get it in time for your son's birthday. I'd recommend contacting Amazon. If they don't deliver him to you by a specific date, you might be able to get a refund.

Will this be delivered in a box to protect it from getting crushed? Quite a bit of reviews showing damaged boxes and I'd like mine to be in great cond

Mine came in an extra box. Inspected it and the original packaging came to me with no damage.

Why does this take up to 5 months to deliver after release date?

Mine didn't take 5 months. Maybe it depends on where you live? For me it took a couple weeks and when I asked, they said it had something to do with the facility he was being shipped from
