Nice and secure packaging, taste is better than expected. Bought this for daughter, after it coming highly recommended from a friend to help with energy and mood in general. So far, very impressed and will update with results!

I'v tried every form of B vitamins - complexes, chewables, liquids, methylated, chelated, hard pill, gel caps, you name it. This is by far the most consistent high-quality and quick delivery method for optimal B vitamin energy. It's expensive, but it's reliable quality. I've had other suppliers eventually dilute their chemistry but this one has remained stable with high potency, which is all I want. Measurement is built into the eyedropper, so it's a consistent measurement every time. The flavor is great for a B vitamin. I tend to hold under the tongue for a couple of minutes rather than the prescribed 30 seconds, so the flavor is obviously not a detractor. If you want the energy to take on the day, this is the one that does that. You won't be wondering if it works - you'll definitely feel it, and that's important. There's no placebo here.

I started my vitamins journey a few years ago. I’ve taken multivitamins, magnesium, 5-HTP, Ashwaganda, etc. To keep it short, my emotional and mental health were at a steady decline and I was on the hunt for something that would be of significant help. One thing led to another, I decided to try a B-Complex and oh my gosh. Yes. This is it. Now I wonder how much of me feeling groggy all those years was due to a B-complex deficiency. I can live a productive and energetic life without having to strain for it day in and out. The taste isn’t overwhelmingly off-putting but I don’t find it enjoyable either. Nevertheless I’m glad to take it because of what it does for me. I notice the difference when I go days without taking this so I will be purchasing again and again. I find it amazing how vitamin and mineral deficiencies can so adversely affect one’s wellbeing. I’m very grateful to have found this.

I can feel the improvement in energy level. This would be a 5 if the blend didn't taste so terrible.

Taste was good. It’s packaged in a glass bottle. Delivery was great and on time.

Having just received it, I do not know about the product's effectiveness. However, the instructions say to take 1ML but there are no markings on the dropper...Markings on the dropper would be very helpful.

The Taste is not too bad. I bought it for my daughter and she seems to like it. It does make a difference in terms of energy level especially if you're deficient

Absorbs quickly and tastes fine. Definitely noticed an energy lift.

Decent taste and have found that using this increases daily energy levels. Definitely use on power home cleaning or moving days! I walk 18000 steps a day on cement so I’m tired by the end of the day! This has mad a huge difference in my quality of life (I’m in my 60’s)
