Highly recommend, especially for acid reflux sufferers
This was one of the few gums that were not mint flavored and contained sodium bicarbonate. The taste is delicious and soothing, especially during reflux flares, and it makes my mouth feels fresh and clean. Also good for dry mouth and anxiety surrounding these health issues. You get a lot of product for the price as well. As far as longevity--the initial taste burst dwindles as it does with all gum, but the gum does not become hard to chew and it does retain some flavor. I feel very lucky to have found this gum and highly recommend it.

Falls apart and becomes lodged between teeth
I like the cinnamon taste but this gum falls apart and it gets stuck between my teeth and also sticks to fillings. I find small pieces later and have to floss it out. I have never seen a gum do that. Will not buy again. I think the baking soda does help with LPR, so I will keep searching for other options.

5 stars for helping with LPR heartburn
This gum is pricey, but worth it since it helps control LPR heartburn with its sodium bicarbonate - baking soda. It is ok flavor-wise and the flavor lasts longer than supermarket gum; it starts out a bit tougher and you might think it's stale, but I think it is just its natural texture. After a few chews, it's like normal gum. I chew one or two since small right after meals and it does help with heartburn. I will order again when the multi-pack is gone.

Tastes like cinnamon, texture is okay, hopefully it helps with my silent reflux
I used to chew gum all of the time when I was younger. Cinnamon and Teabury were my two favorite flavors. However, I stopped chewing it because I work in an office and it didn't seem appropriate. After a recent endoscopy showed inflammation in my esophagus from what is apparently silent reflux (I never have heart burn), I started reading up on different ways to help myself (I do not want to be on a PPI for the rest of my life!). Changing what I eat and when I eat, sleeping on a special incline wedge and chewing bicarbonate gum after meals are the steps I've decided to incorporate. I was worried this gum would be disgusting and make me want to gag, but really it is not bad at all. I can taste the bicarbonate (baking soda) just a little bit, but mostly it tastes like cinnamon. The texture ends up being okay (it seems a little tough at first, but gets easier to chew after a minute or so). If I only need to chew it for 30 minutes after I eat, I think I can get by with it in a professional setting. I wish it cost less, but other than that I don't have any complaints.

I used this gum to soothe my Silent Reflux symptoms
Perfect fit for people who suffer from LPR (Silent Reflux) like me!Although the flavor don't last very long, it doesn't cause me any reflux or pain in the throat.

I Would Not Recommend This Gum
First of all, I was under the impression that this gum contained Stevia. After getting it, I saw it does not. It doesn't have aspartame in it, but it does have Manitol, etc. Secondly, if you have tried nicotine gums, this is the consistency...it comes in the same packaging as nicotine gum, and it's tough to open and tough on the fillings. I think now I need a few old fillings replaced after chewing several pieces over a week's span. Thirdly, if you write to the email address on the gum package, they don't answer you. I wrote to them twice over a week's period of time with no response. I wanted to know, since ONE piece contains 25% of the daily requirement of vitamin A, what if you chewed several pieces in a day, every day,--would you reach toxic levels of Vitamin A in your body? Well, I guess I don't need to know that now anyway, because it is NOT a gum you'd want to keep chewing, as it is too tough on fillings. I would not buy it again!

Good stuff
Good flavor. Not long lasting though. Gum gets small really quick. I chew 2 pieces at a time. I have gastritis and it seems to help after I eat. I eat a light lunch of usually a dumb salad so I can finish out the work day and then eat a couple pieces of this and I'm good to go. I will purchase more when I run out.

Flavor is gone very quickly
This gum tasted as expected but all flavor was gone far too quickly. I purchased it for chewing after meals to help with acid reflux but I had to chew several pieces one after the other or it wasn't worth it.
