Just installed two CH1004B, two MAJOR issues...
Received 2 CH1004B, installed them in a Yukon for two kids. I have two problems:1 - Touch Screen on one of them is NOT working after only 5 min... it worked sporadically out of the box... I installed the other one... tested both again, and the original one I installed will not respond to ANY touch buttons after trying everything I know. It does work with the remote, but not touch. WHICH creates the 2nd problem...2 - The remotes control BOTH screens at the same time!... I need them to be totally independent of each other. They currently are NOT connected in any way, but turning off one monitor with the remote will turn off the other... (you can see the problem with 2 kids!)... How are two independent monitors supposed to operate independently if the remotes are NOT independent?!And of course, we are getting ready for a trip... and with one of the touch screens not working, it will HAVE to be controlled with the remote... which WILL affect the other monitor... this is NOT going to bode well... Trying to figure out a workaround, while I wait for the seller to respond to my email to them.* UPDATE *For problem 1, the touch screen still does not work on one of the units, but the remote was used to navigate as a workaround. The seller has agreed to send me another unit... waiting for that. For problem 2, the remotes are NOT unique, so they will NOT independently work with each TV, it is what it is. However, I covered the infrared "eye" of each with a couple layers of aluminum foil and electrical tape. (Tape by itself was ineffective) That lowered the responsiveness enough that they didn't blatantly affect the other... the remote simply needs to be very close to each TV... and it doesn't affect the other. Key! for two boys doing their own thing. Adjusting the amount of aluminum foil seems to adjust the infrared signal as one would expect... more layers of foil, more blockage, means the remote must be closer to the TV it is controlling... which isn't a problem when the screen is within arms reach in a vehicle. If my kids wanted to be spiteful, they can lean their arm to the other screen and control it... but they behaved on our trip. This is a workaround to the problem, however, now I have electrical tape on my remotes... not ideal. My boys mainly used the HDMI input on each for the PlayStation, one watched a movie or two. My 5 yr old can navigate the touch screen fine, so the operation of both units worked fine, no video issues with HDMI or DVD. No skipping, no problems. Great picture. Volume is great on them, though we had them turned down quite a bit... and they paired with our headphones fine. So I'm waiting on a replacement for the "no touch" screen... b4 I can say I'm satisfied with my overall purchase...* FINAL UPDATE *Initially "customer service" for this product said they would send a replacement unit for the one that "touch" stopped working. They only responded to emails with no other way to contact them. As my time to return the defective product crept nearer and nearer, I felt they were stalling, with silly questions, and suggestions. I finally returned both while I was still able to. At least that part was pretty uneventful. It's a shame, I liked the product and headrest install apparatus, but if it doesn't work, and they won't replace it, then I have to look for a better product. Refund complete.

Works OK but has some issues you need to be aware.1. The A/V input uses male RCA connectors instead of female so you have to get an adapter to match it with any western A/V device.2. The bracket that attaches to the screen is week and the screen vibrates a lot so you will have to either add some foam in the back or restrain with a belt or something similar.3. It will not play all MP4s as they mention, anything with a DRM will not be played.
