Healthy snack.

This is one of my favorite flavors of KIND bars. I love that it's low glycemic index and full of fruit and nuts. (And chocolate :) They are a little expensive, but worth a treat. They come out to a little more than a dollar each, and it's healthier than buying a vending machine candy bar (which would be the same-ish price but not as healthful a treat. Maybe not even as tasty!!!!!) The only way they could be better is if they had a few more grams of protein. Overall yum!!

15mg Sodium, 5g Protein, but 10g of Sugar?! Slow down there KIND - I like the bars with less than 8g and even that's high, so go for 5g like some of your winners. Other than that taste and bite is great on this one.

Kind bars have done it again. I have not yet tried a flavor I do not like and I’m very picky. My husbands favorite is the dark chocolate and mine is the caramel, but these are in a close raceMy husbands favorite is the dark chocolate and mine is the caramel, but these are great too. They are great when you don’t have time for breakfast, an afternoon snack, etc.

My kids are pretty picky eaters, but they unanimously enjoy the raspberry cashew & chia kind bars. Though it sounds enough like "hippie food" that it made them leery at first, they tried it & loved it.If you've had the blueberry or pomegranate bars, these are fairly similar though with the distinctive raspberry taste, of course

Fresh, tasty, chewy, a bit sticky.I liked it; but I Love love love the cherry cashew kind bars!
