I purchased this product and received it really quickly. I charged it all night as the instructions suggested and tried to connect it to my phone afterwards but it didnt connect. I also brought it to a store for assistance on the installation and they confirmed that it had some functional issues. I decided to return the item and replace it with a new one. The return process was really quick and smooth. I received the new pair of earphones this morning. I charged them the whole day and just tried to connect them to my phone. It connected and I was very happy. BUT, one of out the two earphones is working. Returning it again and will go buy from the store. Im so upset.

الاطار الخارجي مميز وذات جودة. البطارية تدوم طويلا اكثر من 4 ساعات متواصلة. والشحن سريع كذلك جودة الصوت حتى ان كان بعيدا عن القاعدة مسافة 10 أمتار على الاقل.

Know going time I order but it is same like before no there is issues connect please when you sent make sure your side first please rent back need refund money

طلبت ٢ من السماعات واحده لا تعمل نهائيا والأخرى تعمل السماعه اليمين فقط.. للأسف بالكشف عنهم في الضمان اتضح انها قديمه من أكثر من سنتين.. ربما يكون هذا هو سبب فشل الشحن وفساد البطاريات
