Worth the investment
Great fire pit, good looking, sturdy! Works great, H shaped fire insert provides a huge amount of heat. Pretty easy to put together, shipped in 3 boxes, easy to read/follow instructions. Good gas knob, good ignitor.

Fabulous!
We are thrilled with our table. Assembly was easy and took less than 45 minutes, with one person doing the actual assembly and another passing the required parts. The look and function are impressive.

Relatively easy to put together - but the main thing is how sleek and beautiful it looks. Happy every time we turn it on!

Works well after a little repair
This is a continuation of previous review. I had had some trouble with thermocouple on unit. Contacted company concerning the problem and jumped right on it and got it fixed. Very nice unit.

Worth the money!
This was purchased for my husband for Father’s Day. For the money this fire pit is awesome! Easy to assemble. It is very sturdy. I strongly suggest the wind guard.Customer service is AWESOME! I thought I was missing something. I emailed them and they replied the same day. They told which box to look in and it was there! I would definitely purchase again.

Product manufactured improperly
Got to step 3. Discovered one of the draw assembly pieces welded to the frame was welded in the wrong place. There is no way to assemble this and have the receptacles for the drawer that slides in and out to match up. Incompetent product oversight. Big mess of the parts on my deck and packaging. They have a friendly note in the instructions that says contact us anytime, but there is no phone number and no email to contact. WTF.3/23: Contacted company via Amazon. Company quick to respond, will be shipping me a new part C. Company contacted their manufacturer to tell them about the problem. When the proper part arrives, maybe another star will appear. Company also said they will refund me $20 for inconvenience.3/31 the correct side piece with drawer assembly arrived on 3/26. I had a bit of frustration getting the sliding drawer in place as when the cross piece that goes through the center was screwed in place the opening for the draw assembly is about 0.75 inches off. In my attempts to address this, ball bearing repeatedly were dislodged and lots of cursing ensued. Eventually I removed the center piece, which allowed me with another person, to apply force to decrease the distance between the sides and I was able to get the assembly in place.It works, It is nice, the company was responsive and they claim they will send me $30 for my trouble.

Broke immediately
This arrived in 2 boxes 2 days apart. Day 1 we were able to put the table itself together. Easy assembly. When the second box (heating element) arrived the next day upon opening the box we see the copper connector wire very twisted from packaging. It eventually just broke off completely when moving the larger tubing around for correct placement in the table. Cheap.
