I really liked it to start off. It seemed to work great with the high output and the multiple holes to let the vapor out. However, on its second use, I noticed that it wasn't making any vapor. I turned it off and checked the fluid level. It was still almost full after running all night. So, I put the top back on and turned it on. That was when I noticed the holes had a liquid film over them (like a bubble wand) that was stopping the vapors. I blew in the holes to clean them, and it stared working. Unfortunately, It kept blocking up, again and again.

The information and instructions for use are unclear. There should be simple how to turn on and off direction. Also connecting with Alexa should be an option. The different hour settings are only available if you get the app etc. connect with Alexa. This is way tocomplicated for a simple diffuser. I should be able to turn on and off and set timer without Alexa. Really? Sorry I made a bad purchase decision. Maybe it is great for people that are in love with Alexa and can’t live without it!

Large water capacity nice, but only 2 setting, and unit still empty very quickly. Very noisy! BUT I must admit, became a bit Zen..Kinda like an app noise. System doesn't cut off after empty as claim. You can here machine still running and Funny thing is this is went u actually smell the scent the most. Which is nice. Water condensation on top always creates a mess, when u take off top. Water everywhere. This unit will probably burn out quick. Im tracking to see. But I would not buy again or recommend this to anyone.

Diffuser works as in like a humidifier and lights up. The “smart” function… not so much. Went through all manuals and help and loaded all apps and skills, but Amazon devices cannot discover the diffuser. This was the only reason I purchased this item for an automated relaxation room. Going back the same day it arrived. If you’re only wanting a diffuser, this works ok for that (but then there are cheaper options for that) if you want the “smart” feature, this isn’t for you as it simply doesn’t work.

overall it's a nice difuser but 2 starts becuáse it does not work with google home tried in tuya life and smart life can control it in there but it will not work becuáse it does not have the third party support oh well I would return it but I tossed the box

Great for the price and works well as a Diffuser.tried syncing for 3 hours with the Alexa app using Option stated in the manual and even watched the video that is posted on here nothing worked.not happy with the fact that it won’t work with my Alexa device just spend the extra money to have voice control

Very nice small diffuser. My skin and nose get so dry during winter so I bought this diffuser for my bedroom. It's pretty small so only lasts maybe a few hours but that's really all I need.

It is easy to use and has nice features like the led lights. It makes a little bit of noise, so if you are looking for a product that is completely silent, then this is not for you. I also wish that it was a bit more powerful to diffuse the scent to a wider range. You really need to be close to it to get the benefit.
