Junk
Seemed good at first, looked like decent quality.. I was wrong, left me stranded on the highway a month after installation, coil failed. Don’t buy Chinese crap, cost me $240 for a tow..

Cheap knock off.
After install I timed the engine with a timing light. It had a problem holding the timing mark. The engine was popping and backfiring. I re-timed it and it settled down a bit. Took it for a test drive. When I tried to get down on it, it bucked like a bronco. Back firing thru the exhaust and Carburetor. I tried timing it again with no results. Took it out and reinstalled my old distributor. All the bad stuff went away and it ran smooth again. I still need a new distributor, but not this one. Unfortunately I am 3 days beyond the return window. Guess I will just have to suck it up and buy a REAL Acel distributor. So much for trying to save a buck

Defective rotor
The distributer is a good product. The only problem is with the rotor that comes with it. The metal part that actually sends the spart to the individual cylinders is wrong. Normally this piece is pointing straight or parallel to the top of the rotor. This one is at an angle. It works at low rpm, but over 3000 rpm or so, it starts to backfire. A new rotor is only around $10 to $15 so the fix is easy and cheap, but this should not be an issue. I have bought 2 of these distributers and a friend bought 1 and all 3 have had the same problem. The people who make this need to have a talk with the people they get the rotors from.

You get what you pay for. Over all it's a decent distributor.
The distributor itself seems good nice construction plastic cap is alittle on the cheaper side but it works good throttle response went up and fuel economy has improved. However the tachometer plug in doesnt have a solid connection because my rpm gauge stops working while driving and sometimes acts sporadic, when I rev it it will lose connection aswell (this did not happen with my last distributor). Other than that its a good distributor I've seen other reviews of the cap being cracked but I didnt find one upon inspection. Hopefully I can fix the disconnection for the tach.(5/5/19) update: everything functions as it should except the tachometer (rpm guage) connection. I thought it was a ground issue but turns out it wasnt. Just a warning before you buy one because unfortunately my tach connection is bad but it runs great with it however it's pretty irritating having a barely work rpm gauge that sporadically flails the rpm needle from 3k to 7k and hovers at 6500. My rpm guage is good it's the connection in the distributor cap that's bad. Unfortunately I may have to just swap caps from my old one unless A-team makes it right by sending me a new one... that works!
