Worst AIO i have ever owned
I dont even know where to begin. I purchased this to replace my 4 year old Corsair that had lost fluid. Common for all AIOs. Upon open this up I immediately regretted going with NZXT. I have always associated them with a poor mans brand. Cheap quality. Bad innovation. Just over all poor. For starters the hoses are a fraction of the size of my previous Corsair. More comparable to the Asetek of the early 2000s. The included USB connector will not reach around a motherboard tray so you are FORCED to drape it across your video card which looks horrible. This AIO barely cools any better then the stock heatsink i was using till this arrived. The proprietary connector to power the pump pushes NZXT agenda buy using this poor mans rgb fans. comes with a foot long cable attacted for their proprietary rgb connectors. Would of gladly traded the extra cable so I could REACH MY USB HEADER. Also make sure your motherboard has not one not two but THREE 4 pin connectors for your CPU. It makes absolutely no sense why this pump requires a 3 pin for the pump PLUS a sata connection when it controls NO FANS AT ALL. oh wait because they integrate their hideous RGB onto the pump instead of FANS WHICH ARE NEEDED.The CAM software is horrible. There seems to be no way to save your settings to your AIO. So anytime you turn y our PC on it defaults to their hideous color scheme. If you unhook the cable that looks so ugly wrapped around your video card it looks wont even turn on. Your forced to use it. Its like when you buy a new cell phone and u get the 18in charger cord and you cant even pick it up off the table without unhooking it. Its about a good foot too short. may work for a micro atx but then again a 280mm aio wont even fit in one.All in all i have been building custom PCs now for 22 years. Used everything from cheap Chinese parts to the highest end available and i have NEVER been so disappointed in a single product in my life.Update* Recently purchased 2 more sticks of RAM for a total of 32gb. Just realizing this AIO makes it impossible to use all 4 slots due to poor design blocking first RAM slot. Only further confirming it's the worst AIO I have owned. All other issues still exist 3 months later. Will be my last NZXT purchase ever. Any youtube reviews on cooling performance or features are useless when it comes down to functionality which NZXT clearly haveny thought of.

Z73 pure overkill and for the pure enthusiast!
The Kraken Z73 is simply an awesome yet pricey AIO. Would it be more logical and easier on the wallet to get the X73 for about $100 cheaper... yes but you lose out on the absolutely awesome Screen. I decided to just go full Hoah and get the Z73 for my Ryzen 9 3900x Overclocked to 4.4ghz at 1.28v and under gaming load (COD) it averaged 42c on the cpu package with a room temp of 24c.AIO is installed on the front of the case with the fans set to 800rpm in a pull configuration (super quiet) and the pump set to 100% at 3000rpm ( super quiet as well). Currently using stock thermal paste that came pre-applied. May change to Thermal Grizzly later. The CAM software works great and have had no issues that everyone else is talking about. Took me no time to get it up and running. If you can afford it and would like to splurge a little, please do yourself the favor and just click on the buy it now button hahaha.Only Con is that it should have freaking RGB fans at this damn price point :/

Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Owner
Well for the install it went easy as can be. Everything with the install went by the numbers and the unit turned on. The unit itself is not communicating with the CAM software. This was informed to me VIA an NZXT Tech an issue with the ASUS X570 related conflict.Well, the fix from NZXT was to add the internal USB hub to the system and plug into the hub. So this was installed and not the unit is running with no issues. As for NZXTR I will say they freely supplied the hub so that was good on them.I would give this unit a higher rating except the issues with the Motherboard and the NZXT software did not want to play nice together.

Beautiful, I want to cry
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This AIO Cooler was extremely easy to install. This was the first PC I've built and I really wanted to go all out with the RGB. I loved that this cooler could support a custom GIF image and NEEDED it. It works really well at keeping my ryzen 3900x cooled and looks great in my glass front case. I switched out the two fans that came on the radiator with corsair rgb fans so they matched the rest of my case. The 2 fan radiator version fit perfect in the NZXT H710i case I got. Overall 10/10 very happy with this product. All of my online friends love teasing me about spending double the price on all my component for RGB but I know they are all secretly jealous. Everyone who sees it in person really wants this cooler for their cpu as well! For someone who ever only used the stock fan that came with their CPU this is such a huge improvement and really cleans up the way your case looks. The cam software is very user friendly and easy to use.

Powerful AOI, get 3950X at 37oC but took time to install
Specs:- CPU: Ryzen 3950X @ 3.5Ghz (stock speed)- Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full Tower- PSU: HX1200iPros:- When it runs quiet, it's dead quiet. Fans run at 375RPM only, 3950X idle @ 37oC , light load @48oC, full load @60oC (even without thermal paste, I'm waiting for Artic MX-4, it should reduce a fee more degrees).- Solid pipes, and didn't interfere with DDR4 slot on my X570 Aorus Ultra mobo.- AM4 brackets are included.- Easy to install brackets, screws.Cons:- The paper manual is quite primitive. I expected a more comprehensive manual for a $180 product.- Instruction on manuals are not complete: spent hours to find out why the fan ran at 100% until I read the online PDF manual and figured out that I don't need to connect SATA power (Yes, if you connect SATA port, fans run at 100% always). Connect X73 fans 4-pin connectors to PWM hub or to motherboard, and let it control the RPM.RPM straight down from 2400 rpm to 375rm, noise from 56dB (audible noise) to 36dB (very quiet)Notes:Here is the diagram (at least to get it to work with Aorus Ultra X570)Motherboard 4-pin jacks <---> PWM hub 3-pin jacks <----> 4-pin fan connectors of AOI cooler (no SATA needed).Don't connect SATA if your motherboard or PWM hub can already provide enough voltage.

No Service Center in India for Warranty.
I have no complaints about the product, but there is no customer service of NZXT in India. I am facing trouble for 1 month to claim my warranty.

Item came used, wrecked my sister’s birthday surprise.
I’m really not impressed, the item came clearly used, how do I know? Both myself and my brother bought one of these, and neither of ours has our cpu paste smeared everywhere, missing parts, scratched and damaged, and all our stuff was in the proper packaging, not impressed.

Not up to the mark
Aesthetically pleasing but performance wise is not satisfactory you'd be better off with an air cooler like the deepcool assassin if you don't mind the bulkiness. Spend a bit more & get yourself a dual fan radiator much much noticeable difference.Seller & delivery was good no complaints there.

Great addition
Great addition to my first pc build. Only downside to using this, its a little bulky around the sides of the radiator. Wont be able to install a fan next to it
