Best ever!
So we did the same thing every other review came.I was excited about the review. When the box came, my husband gave me the - "WTF did you just order? This looks cheap and you had to pick the cheap version instead of spending any kind of money. Way to go you just wasted that" look...(I get that a lot).So he takes the stupid regulator piece out (instrcutions are on the back of the one page sheet) - it's super easy. you just need tweezers. He installed it no problem and it's awesome. I'm terrified what my water bill will be, because every excuse to shower - I take it. It's amazing. I love that we get water out of both faucets at the same time. I LOVE the mist setting! I love how hot it gets! I love the water pressure is great.I bought a second one for our other bathroom and one for my parents after 3 days use. It was phenomenal, and at a great price!!!

Rubber ducky approved!
I wanted a good shower head that incorporated a hand held unit and for a long time refused to accept plastic products. However, I learned that metal products were so prohibitively expensive that I could not afford any of them. I did months of research and finally settled on this due to price and users reviews. My first, out of the box, impression was satisfaction that I had made a good purchase. This is no cheap flimsy item. It is substantial and well made. I was really impressed with the weight. It did not come in fancy packaging but in a plain brown cardboard box. I was a little leery at first but all of my fears turned out to be unsubstantiated. The installation directions were minimal and unembellished. They were plain and thorough. The manufacturers tried to give directions for any eventuality directing you to test the product before going on to the next step several times saying that if this doesn't work then do this. You don't find that most of the time. There were no missing parts and it went together surprisingly easy. They even supplied Teflon tape but instructed you not to use unless needed. I didn't even though I usually use it on EVERYTHING. Even with my methodical fumble fingered assembly it only took ten minutes and wham-bama-lama I had a very nice shower with no leaks or drips. I added a 118" flexible stainless hose (to reach all of those creepy unmentionable places) and a chrome bracket/holder for the hand held unit so I could reach it from the bench I ordered recently. Now me and my rubber ducky are all smiles.

* Price - The price was good, but I'm a little insulted that I'm expected ...
I bought this for personal use, specifically looking at price v quality. I am a 'non-licensed' occasional handiman, so, while not necessarily 'an authority', I do have at least a little background...Ok, first, the 'reality':* Price - The price was good, but I'm a little insulted that I'm expected to believe that any 'non-corporate' one in their right mind ever paid $50/unit for this item. I think even most 'suckers' would have been 'wait a sec...' at that price. This is not a major concern, however, as the price I paid was fine, but as noted, I do feel like that was a sales tactic aimed at the ignorant... which I feel insulted at being 'included' in...! I know, I know, 'get over it...!' ;)* Construction - The hose and fittings are metal, although I have no way of gauging the actual quality. I expect they are the most cost effective solution available, and also that they will likely outlive the rest of the unit. The rest of the unit is, apparently, plastic. The plasti-chrome finish, is, after only a few weeks, already showing minor discoloring, but I don't expect, from what I've seen that it will be anything overly unacceptable in the long run. Should you 'over-tighten' the fittings while installing or at any point, you will run the risk of splitting the threaded parts. If you consistently 'jam' the hand wand into the holder (it's designed/tapered to hold the hand wand just fine when 'gently placed'), you will win and it will break (personal experience with another of this same unit)...Now the 'Plus's:*Price - at the low $20's I paid for this item, I am very happy with the apparent overall quality, which I expect will last my 16yo son and I at least a couple of years, with proper care and handling.* Installation - Basic directions provide with unit will assist even those new to home improvement/renovation to easily & quickly have this unit operational. Using the washers provided, there seem to be no leaks, even with just gentle 'hand tightening'. I actually did over-tighten one fitting a small amount, for 'positioning' purposes, with no apparent issue, tho I don't recommend this to any but the most experienced, who are willing to take responsibility if they do break it, as I went specifically beyond the instructions! They even included a small roll of plumber's tape, which should be used on all the threaded connections, but which was totally unnecessary for my installation.* Operation - Awesome! It is functioning excellently, easily switching between heads and spray patterns! I even discovered that the wide, rounded hand wand head is ideal for bathing our border collie/healer mix, with his wiry, water-resistant fur (head can be easily positioned against fur, spraying water all the way to skin...)!! As this was almost half of my motivation for making this purchase in the first place, this was a very nice discovery!Summary:At $20-25, this was a most equitable purchase; at $30-35, assuming a good experience from here, I'd be likely enough to purchase another; Beyond that price, I don't feel it would be worth it, and even in the $30's, I would have reservations, given available alternatives. If you want Moen, buy Moen; If you want reasonably quality for the price, so far, this unit is, in my humble, semi-professional opinion, a 'real gem'!

Works Great!
For the price, I think this is a very nice shower head combo. It comes with everything you will need to install, including “plumbers tape”. The instructions do not give information on how to use plumbers tape. . . so. . . if you’re unfamiliar with it, you can search online for instructions and videos. No tools are required to install this unit. It’s made of plastic, other than the hose, and is very lightweight. It’s Made in China. FYI. . . .Lots of people are concerned about the flow of the water. This really has everything to do with your home, and little to do with this unit. I live in a condo, and my water pressure is determined by the management company, and not by me. My management company says that the water pressure is the strongest allowed by government officials. My water output isn’t super strong with this unit, but it works just fine.

Easy to install and perfect flow
The installation was super easy. It comes with the seals and plumbing tape. It has the right amount of pressure for me. I enjoy having the hand held head. It’s perfect for cleaning the entire bathroom. It’s your own personal Waterhose.

Dead easy to install.
I replaced my old high-level shower head with this product and used a 3m hose for the hand held shower head. Now I can have a shower with the high level head and use the long hose and hand-held head to wash the dogs after muddy walks. The materials feel a bit flimsy but in reality they work very well - if they were chromed brass they would be much more expensive! Overall very satisfied - good value for money.
