Chronic illness and pain often stops me sleeping properly. I’ve tried prescription pills which give horrendous side effects and various valerian/herbal sleep supplements with limited success. I chose to try the Bee Rested as I’d tried another supplement (immune support) from Unbeelievable Health and found it helpful. It took around 10 nights before I started to feel the benefit of taking 2 Bee Rested capsules each night; mainly I was waking up less often at night. Then around 2 weeks after I started taking these, I felt the full benefit. I was waking up less and I felt I had better quality sleep because in the mornings I feel rested and restored. When I checked my Fitbit sleep stats, it turned out I was spending more time in the “deep sleep” phase each night and falling asleep 30-60 minutes earlier than usual.Unlike prescription sleeping pills there’s no metallic taste or ‘sleep hangover’ (where you can’t wake up properly the next morning), they’re also not addictive and safe to use long term. They’re quite gentle (they don’t knock you out as soon as you take them) but they are definitely effective: when I ran out I noticed that after 4 or 5 nights without them my sleep quality started to suffer again. I now have them on “subscribe and save” and take 2 as part of my nightly sleep hygiene/wind down routine.Also useful for people who can’t swallow capsules - these can be opened and the contents sprinkled into a cool drink or on yoghurt etc.

Before I bought this I read about it a lot, I was researching which one to buy, which one is the best from all perspectives etc. It does have a lot of benefits, awards, good reviews. I took two the first time and loved the smell, I was hoping so much for it to work, from all my heart, but unfortunately did not work for me personally.

Many supplements promise and not all deliver, Bee Rested is one of the ones that certainly does. A really well thought out combination of ingredients in a balance that helps you have a relaxed sleep without the groggy hangover effect that medication can give. I use a lot of supplements and this saves me taking two or three different ones.You may need to take it for a few days before you start getting the full benefit, so don't give up on day one! I love the gentle effect and the fact that it can be used for a few weeks and then stopped when you are back in a natural sleep pattern. I now tend to keep a packet at all times, just for when I get into a patch of not sleeping well.I have recommended Bee Rested to lots of family and friends and get great feedback. I love the fact it's natural, easy to use and the tablets are easy to swallow. Having something to use when you need it, that is non addictive and helps you get back to a properly rested sleep, is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Well, I tried these 3 times over 3 weeks and had a worse night sleep than usual each time. Last night I took one and was awake for 3 hours from 2-5 a.m. Probably why I'm grumpy and leaving a one star review. I guess by reading other reviews it works for some but not others. Good luck and Good night....I'm going back to bed.
