Does it come with new gaskets for intake aswell ?

If you read the description it tells you rite there. Manifold WITH GASKETS. if it has a plastic riser for the heater core dont buy it. you want one with medal. i broke 2 of the plastic crap ones so just spend a little more to get a way better manifold. there is nothing wrong with that one except the plastic for a hella hot water line. lol

How long is the warranty ?

I do not know how long the warranty is, but I would stay away from this manifold. Look for one that does not come with fasteners. The fasteners have to come with this one because they use wood style screws instead of bolts. Not all the screws holes were drilled deep enough causing broken off fasteners. Look for one that has threaded inserts in the plastic, you will be way happier with the results.
