This brace is soft and comfortable, and I love the snug fit. It doesn't stay hot or cold long, but it's not advertised as holding heat or cold for a certain length of time. You do have to redo warming and chilling but can be an advantage in managing the temperature.

This ice glove feels wonderful on hand when it’s cold. It works on either hand. It is ease to use, flexible, light weight, good quality, work great for pain relief while on computer, tablets, phone playing games or writing. It freezes fast with at least 25 mins for me with lasting cold. It looks thick put it is not heavy and feels good on hands

I work with my hands in a therapeutic way and peruse the internet too much for fun's sake. One day, I developed, what I diagnosed from my internet perusing, De Quervain's Tendosynovitis which was keeping me from being able to work. This glove helped to calm down the pain. This item, along with 5 days of rest, stretches, exercises, yoga, a wrist brace, K tape, and the Lifepro Red Light torch, got me back to normal. I used this after every thing I did, so after yoga/stretches/exercises this thing went on. 4 stars because it doesn't stay cold as long as I would like.

I'm absolutely in love with this thing! Super soft and comfy. It holds my hand still really well (I'm needing to not move my thumb too much and this accomplishes that without feeling painful from rigidity.) Gets nice & cold. The freezing sensation lasts about 10 min then it remains soothing and chilled but not freezing. I bought 2 to switch off if I want the ice-cold sensation to continue for the second 10 min. This is the most comfortable hand brace I've ever found. I'd almost want to wear it regularly even without the cool factor (tho I did purchase it for the cooling.) Feels like wearing a soft 1 lb weight. Nice gentle compression without overdoing it. Love love love! Sizing hint: If your hand hurts and you're needing the "ice" to lay on your hand without compression, size up for a looser fit. If you do want your hand to be contained and touched by the "ice" at all points, get the size that's suggested. You'll love this!

i have de quervains so i got this hoping for relief. it fits comfortably and encompasses the thumb too which is great, however it didn't stay cold for very long (maybe 15 minutes). i would say if you need the constant cooling, try getting two and just keep swapping them out. or some people ice on and off this would be fine. i have another one that has thicker ice pak and stays cold much longer but isn't as flexible so it's really a toss up on what is more important to you.

This is a great idea. Fits perfectly and gives me hot or cold for my strain in my thumb/ hand/wrist. I am packing it when I travel.

Great for cold! I purchased 2, one to use for hot and one to use for cold. Followed instructions for heating and the thumb gets scorching hot (yes, caused a blister) and the rest of the glove is lukewarm at best. The cold works great! Stays cold 10-15 min. Enough

Can be freezed and microwaved, good buy

Doesn’t stay cold longer than three minutes no matter how long it is frozen

It fits nice at first it feels good then within a few min it is no longer cold

Have sent a few messages but these are so big they slide off my wrists. They also stay cold for a very very very short period of time!
